Occasionally, we may need to send an engineer to visit your property. This may be to read or replace a meter, carry out repairs or to check any issues. 

Any engineers who attend your property on our behalf will: 

• Introduce themselves and the company they are from. We work with Lowri Beck and SMS. 
• Have proof of identification on them that will include a colour photo, their name and the company they are working for 

• Be able to provide you with your password if you have this set up with us.  To set up a password for additional security, please contact us 
• Have relevant qualifications and training for any work they are undertaking.
